Meet Dr. Boller
Dr. Ketti Boller is a native of NWI, in St. John, IN. Her interest in orthodontics unfolded as a Studio Art major at Indiana University Bloomington, where she pursued her undergraduate studies. She received her D.D.S. from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, IN, graduating with highest distinction. While attending dental school, Dr. Boller received the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Award and the Academy of Dental Materials Award. She was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and was the recipient of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Academic Achievement Award, as well as the ADA Foundation Scholarship. Providing care for the underserved in Honduras was one of her most meaningful experiences in dental school, and she looks forward to continuing her mission trip work. Dr. Boller traveled to Minneapolis, Minnesota where she completed her masters’ work in Dentistry and her certificate in Orthodontics. Her research interests are in bone biology, namely bone morphogenetic protein and its regulatory effects on osteoclasts and osteoblasts. While in residency, she learned some of the latest technologies in orthodontic treatment and diagnosis, such as cone beam computed tomography, temporary anchorage devices, and soft tissue lasers. She was also certified in SureSmile and Invisalign. Dr. Boller places the utmost value on providing efficient, gentle, patient centered care. When not at the office, Dr. Boller may be found wheel-throwing pottery, horseback riding, antiquing, running, watching da Bears!, eating gummi worms, or playing the piano and singing with her family. Her professional affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Midwestern Society of Orthodontists. |
